I am committed to helping others with self-care, resilience, and peace of mind.

I’ve started a blog platform at www.mindlikesky.net, and I am creating a coaching e-course for families healing from addiction.

I live in coastal North Carolina, and I’m a family nurse practitioner engaged in primary care and addiction medicine. I am also an ordained interfaith minister and spiritual educator.

I enjoy quality time with my husband, daughter, grandkids and four-legged children. I also love reading, writing, yoga, and connection to nature.

I met Tricia in a Facebook group for people who gave up their 9-5 to have more freedom in their life. When I asked in the group if anyone wanted to participate she messaged me within minutes.
